How to set up your E-mail:

First, you need to setup your E-mail account for your email service. In Windows system, open your Outlook window (normally Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express), go to Tools>Accounts or services. When the account dialogue box appears, click Mail, then Add > Mail, then follow the following instructions to input

your name (like jack smith)

your E-mail address (like j.smith@netsky.biz. The j.smith should be given by your server as email account.)

incoming mail (pop3) (like mail.netsky.biz. The netsky.biz will be changed to your name server.)

outgoing mail (smtp) ( like mail.netsky.biz. It needs to be changed like last one.)

username (the same as email account)

password ( given by your server for the account).

For all accounts with netsky.biz or glocom.biz server, the incoming and outgoing mail server will need to be changed to mail.netsky.biz or mail.glocom.biz according to which server you are using. Then, choose your internet connection model such as telephone. When it is done, you can send or receive e-mails from Outlook just by simply open the outlook window when your computer is linked to internet.

That is all the basic instructions. It may be different from different versions of Microsoft products, but all you need to do are the same: your email address, incoming mail and outgoing mail server, user name and password..
